UXZ3A- High Speed Line-type Suppository Automatic Production Line

This product is a kind of high speed fully automatical suppository production line according to the mechanical transmission primarily, the electric transmission secondarily. Adopt the PLC programme control, the automatization degree is high. Has the suited mechanical, electrical and gaseous integration structure, operate expediently, run steadily. It has unique cooling mode; Suppository strip runs continuously without interruption. The seal is more artistic. The batch number is clearer. Reject the disqualification products automatically. The rate of finished products will be higher. The adaptability is wide, allow to pour into more sticky ground substance and the Chinese traditional medicine product.

Work principle:

Rolls of the packing membrane (PVC, PVC/PE aluminum foil) are taken shape by the molding system, after transported to the filling stage by the transmission equipment, pour the already stirred symmetrical medicine liquid into the cavities with ration by the high accuracy metering pump. Then the suppository grains will be sent to the cooling part to cool by air. After finish cooling the medicine liquid, the grains will be transported to the seal system to carry on the seal, to beat the batch number, to cut the fringes and reshape, finally cut the range of finished suppository products into shapes according to the stated number.
