Work principle:

Rolls of the packing membrane (PVC, PVC/PE, the compound double aluminum foil) will enter into filling procedure automatically after making a statue to take shape by the machine, already stirred equally medicine fluid is filled into the cavities automatically through high accuracy metering pump, then the line of small suppository granules will be sheared into segments according to the length preestablished, and entered into condenser to lower down the temperature, in certain time through the cooling system cause the medicine fluid to coagulate, after segments of suppository granules get across the cooling equipment(the medicine fluid coagulates), enter into seal phase, simultaneously reshaping, beating batch number and further shearing to take shape.

Adopt the PLC programme control and the man-machine interface operation, the automatization degree is high, the temperature controls accurately, runs steadily.
The capacity of tank is large, constant temperature circulation supply for liquid equipment and liquid level automatic control device avoid the medicine fluid coagulating when the engine is off, according to the matrix difference, material barrel medicine churning up and after filling the cooling rate can be adjusted.
If appears making cavity incompletely; the disqualification products with filling warp will be rejected automatically.
